On December 23, 2025, the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, in collaboration with the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Rituals under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, organized and conducted an online seminar at the central office of the agency for employees of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The aforementioned event was held as part of the Action Plan for implementing the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan." It focused on studying the process of regulating traditions and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the online seminar, responsible officials from the Agency and the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Rituals under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan provided explanations on the procedures and essence of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Regulation of Celebrations and Rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan," as well as the methods of its implementation, provisions of the law, liability for non-compliance with its requirements, best practices, and the positive impacts of adopting this law for citizens.

It should be noted that the event took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. The purpose of this event is to expand bilateral cooperation and exchange best practices in the field of combating corruption and other offenses.
