On October 14, 2025, at the initiative of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, in collaboration with the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, with the involvement of an international expert in the field of anti-corruption, Doctor of Legal Sciences Raimundas Kalesnikas, an online seminar was organized and conducted.

The aforementioned seminar was attended by employees of the Agency's anti-corruption department and responsible persons for anti-corruption in the structural divisions of local and regional authorities, including the Agency's department in the city of Dushanbe, as well as in the cities and districts of the Rasht and Bokhtar regions.

At the event, the international expert Raimundas Kalesnikas, in accordance with the program, delivered a presentation and shared insights on measuring the level of corruption in the Republic of Lithuania: advanced experience, measurement methodology, and proposals for Tajikistan on introducing a system for measuring the level of corruption.

At the end of the seminar, Agency employees posed questions on the discussed topic, to which they received the necessary answers.

The conducted seminar will lay the foundation for acquiring new knowledge and skills, studying the advanced experience of states leading in the field of anti-corruption, and will contribute to enhancing the knowledge and expertise of the agency's employees.
