On March 4 and 5, 2026, at the initiative of the territorial departments of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, meetings were organized and held in the Spitamen and Zafarabad districts of Sughd Region, as well as in the Shugnan District of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast (GBAO), with the goal of increasing anti-corruption literacy among civil servants and citizens. These events involved a wide range of participants, including employees from various sectors, public activists, and local residents.

During the events, Agency employees delivered presentations in which they analyzed the legislation and state programs of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Combating Corruption," as well as the State Strategy for Combating Corruption in the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030. Additionally, identified and investigated corruption offenses and the associated liabilities were examined, along with methods for preventing corruption offenses, including in the context of military conscription and other relevant issues.

Overall, the events took place in an atmosphere of anti-corruption commitment, and it can be confidently stated that their outcomes will have a positive impact on fostering an uncompromising attitude toward corruption and enhancing the legal awareness of the population.
