On April 7, 2026, a meeting was held at the central office of the Agency for state financial control and combating corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan between Agency officials and an expert from the European Union. The meeting focused on the implementation of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Union in the field of education and technical/vocational training, as well as the budget support Programme for the employment sector.

During the event, the parties discussed various aspects of the implementation of the Agreement and the Programme, the progress of the state anti-corruption policy, and the measures being taken to combat corruption. The sides also asked each other questions and put forward relevant proposals and recommendations.

Overall, the meeting took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. Both sides expressed their readiness to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
