On July 16 of this year, with the aim of enhancing anti-corruption awareness among public servants, employees of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting with the personnel of the Regional Customs Service Directorate of Khatlon Province, Kulob Customs, in the city and districts of the Kulob region.

During the event, Agency representatives provided detailed explanations regarding the implementation of the "State Strategy for Combating Corruption in the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030" and other state anti-corruption programs. They also discussed measures for anti-corruption advocacy, prevention of undesirable manifestations of corruption, terrorism, extremism, illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, as well as the content of amendments and additions made to the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning the illegal use of electricity.

It should be noted that the primary goal of such events is to draw public attention to the fight against corruption, enhance the legal culture of citizens, prevent any violations of the law, and ensure the implementation of laws and state anti-corruption programs.
