On June 9, 2025, at the initiative of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, which serves as the chair of the Interstate Council for Combating Corruption of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), a meeting of the Council's expert working group was organized and conducted via videoconference.

In addition to the Agency’s representatives, the meeting was attended by officials from law enforcement agencies of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Russian Federation. The agenda included discussions on the activities of the working group, progress in implementing the Council’s Work Plan, proposals from participants for the agenda of the next Council meeting, and preparations for the upcoming Council session. The meeting concluded with an exchange of views among participants on these matters.

It is worth noting that this event aims to regulate the Council’s activities in the field of anti-corruption and to implement decisions made during its meetings. The results of the meeting are expected to create favorable conditions for expanding the Council’s activities.
