On June 13, 2025, a regular meeting of the Interagency Working Group on the self-assessment of the second round of the review of the implementation of Chapters 2 and 5 of the United Nations Convention against Corruption in the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the central office of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan. The meeting was attended by Agency employees as well as representatives from other ministries and agencies of the country.

During the event, the members of the interagency working group were presented with analytical reports prepared by the Agency regarding the conclusions made by relevant ministries and agencies on the implementation of Chapters 2 and 5 of the UN Convention against Corruption in the Republic of Tajikistan. These materials were discussed, and as a result, proposals and recommendations were developed to refine the aforementioned conclusions.

The event took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, with hopes that its outcomes will lead to the preparation of a comprehensive report on the implementation of Chapters 2 and 5 of the UN Convention against Corruption in the country.
