Within the framework of the Action Plan of the Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, aimed at raising the legal awareness of civil servants and sector specialists, a series of meetings on anti-corruption issues was held in April 2026 in the halls of the Executive Body of State Power of Rushon District, the Department of Education, and the assembly hall of the Central District Hospital of Rushon District.

The events were attended by a representative of the Agency, the Deputy Chairman of the District, the Head of the Department of Education, heads of the healthcare sector, heads and employees of law enforcement agencies, as well as heads of other organizations and institutions of the district.

During the events, the participants were informed of the main provisions of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Main Directions of the Internal and Foreign Policy of the Republic” dated December 16, 2025. At the same time, the participants were provided with the necessary information on legislation and state anti-corruption programs, the danger of youth involvement in extremist and terrorist organizations and movements, illegal religious education, illegal trafficking and distribution of narcotic drugs, the economical use of electricity, and other pressing issues.
