In November and December 2025, on the initiative of the regional subdivisions of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, seminars and meetings were organized and held in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), Sughd Region, and the cities of Panjakent, Kulob, and Tursunzade. These events were attended by a wide range of representatives from various sectors, public activists, and citizens.

During the meetings, Agency staff delivered presentations and discussed Tajikistan’s legislation and national programs in the field of combating corruption, the negative consequences of committing corruption-related offenses and the liability for them, as well as ways to prevent such offenses.

Overall, the events were conducted in an anti-corruption spirit. The main purpose of holding such events is, above all, to raise the anti-corruption awareness of participants and to draw public attention to the issues of fighting corruption.
