During the preliminary investigation of the criminal case, it was established that Sattorzoda A., who has been serving as an officer for territorial defense in the mobilization unit of the Military Commissariat of Jabbor Rasulov District since 21 February 2025 and is a member of the armed forces, committed an intentional crime under the following circumstances.

Specifically, Sattorzoda A., acting intentionally and with the aim of obtaining illegal material benefit, in September 2025, by abusing his official position, demanded from citizen B.Sh.T. the sum of amount 15,000 somoni for the illegal granting of a deferment from the autumn conscription of conscript S.A.A. into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as for avoiding the conscript’s mandatory passage through the military-medical commission. He received mentioned amount in the builing of the Military Commissariat during the same period and used it for personal purposes.

In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated against Sattorzoda A. under Part 1 of Article 391 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. The criminal case, with the approved indictment, has been forwarded to court for consideration on the merits.
