As a result of operational and investigative measures, it has been established that Abdukodirzoda A.A., while serving as the chairman of the rural jamoat “20th Anniversary of Independence” (now Vobkand) of Kubodiyon District, committed the crime of fraud under the following circumstances during his tenure.

Specifically, Abdukodirzoda A.A., with intent and for the purpose of misappropriating another person’s property, knowingly aware that he lacked the authority to allocate homestead land plots, in March 2024, through deception, gained the trust of citizen K.Sh.Dj. Under the pretext of allocating and formalizing three homestead land plots in the territory of the jamoat “20th Anniversary of Independence” (now Vobkand) of Kubodiyon District, he obtained a 2009 Toyota Camry vehicle valued at 75,000 somoni from the latter.

Based on this fact, a criminal case has been initiated against Abdukodirzoda A.A. under the elements of the crime stipulated in Part 3, Paragraph “a” of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case has been forwarded to the court for substantive consideration.
