The preliminary investigation of the criminal case against Saidzoda J.S. established that the aforementioned individual, holding the position of senior duty operative of the Analytical Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for the Khatlon Region since November 25, 2024, to the present time, in collusion with Rakhmonzoda A.U., an assistant in the same department, committed a crime under the following circumstances.

Thus, in June 2025, Saidzoda J.S. and Rakhmonzoda A.U., acting with direct intent to misappropriate another's property, through deception gained the trust of citizen Ch.G.A. Under the pretext of terminating the criminal case against his son Ch.E.Kh., which was under investigation by investigators of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Khatlon Region, they demanded monetary funds in the amount of 30,000 somoni from him and received the specified sum in several installments.

After receiving the monetary funds, Saidzoda J.S. and Rakhmonzoda A.U. did not take any specific actions in the interests of Ch.G.A. and Ch.E.Kh., divided the 30,000 somoni between themselves, and appropriated it.

In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated against Saidzoda J.S. and Rakhmonzoda A.U. under Article 247, Part 3, Point "a" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. The criminal case, together with the approved indictment, has been forwarded to the court for consideration on the merits.
