As a result of operational and investigative measures, it was established that Pakhlavonzoda A.A., while serving as the Head of the Statistics Department of Jайхун District under the Main Department of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Khatlon Region, committed the crime of fraud under the following circumstances during his tenure.

Specifically, Pakhlavonzoda A.A., with the intent to unlawfully acquire another person's property through deception and abuse of trust, knowingly aware that he lacked the authority to allocate land plots, in November 2024, fraudulently gained the trust of citizen Sh.M.A. and obtained from him the sum of 42,000 somoni for the allocation and registration of a land plot measuring 420 square meters in Jайхун District, Khatlon Region. However, he took no actions in the interest of the citizen and misappropriated the aforementioned amount.

Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated against Pakhlavonzoda A.A. under Part 3, Clause "a" of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case was forwarded to the court for consideration.
