As a result of operational and investigative measures, it was established that the deputy of the People's Majlis of the M.S.A. Khamadoni District, Hakimov R.Z., who has been serving as the chairman of the rural jamoat of Khodjamumin in the said district from March 14, 2025, to the present, committed a crime related to fraud in the course of his professional activities.

Specifically, in April 2025, Hakimov R.Z., during an appeal from citizen H.D.S. regarding the need for a land plot for his children, knowingly aware that he lacked the authority or right to allocate household land plots, and with the intent to misappropriate property through deception, demanded a sum of 50,000 somoni from the latter under the pretext of allocating a household land plot.

Furthermore, Hakimov R.Z. continued his criminal activities and, between April and May 2025, in several instances, received a total sum of 50,000 somoni from citizen H.D.S., which he spent on his personal needs, thereby deliberately causing significant material damage to citizen H.D.S.

Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated against Hakimov R.Z. under Article 247, Part 4, Clause "b" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case was forwarded to the court for consideration.
