As a result of operational and investigative measures, it was established that Idiev A.Kh., holding the position of head of the Department of the Agency for Labor and Employment in the city of Vahdat from June 20, 2023, to the present, in the course of his professional activities, by prior conspiracy, committed crimes related to embezzlement and official forgery under the following circumstances.

Specifically, Idiev A.Kh., acting intentionally and with the purpose of embezzling budget funds, colluded with the head of LLC "Yasir Inkishof," Gadoeva I.N. During the period of 2023–2024, under the pretext of engaging unemployed citizens in public works in the city of Vahdat, a total of 199,900 somoni was transferred to the account of the aforementioned company, which was then cashed out through Gadoeva I.N.

However, Idiev A.Kh. and Gadoeva I.N. did not use the aforementioned amount for its intended purpose. By falsifying accounting documents, they created the appearance of paying 199,900 somoni to citizens for their involvement in public works, while in reality, the said amount was misappropriated and used for their personal needs.

Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated against Idiev A.Kh. and Gadoeva I.N. under Articles 245, Part 4, Clause "b," and 323 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. As a result of procedural measures, the identified damage was fully compensated to the state. The criminal case, with an approved indictment, has been sent to court for consideration.
