As a result of operational and investigative measures, it was established that Sharofov B.S., while holding the position of a specialist in the State Revenue Planning Department of the Hissar City Finance Department, committed crimes during his professional activities by abusing his official authority in the following instances.

Specifically, Sharofov B.S., during his tenure, gained the trust of several heads of commercial organizations through deception. Under the pretext of assisting these organizations in obtaining state contracts for budgetary institutions in the city of Hissar, between June and September 2024, he received a total of 166,990 somoni from them on multiple occasions. After receiving the aforementioned amount, Sharofov B.S. took no actions in the interests of the heads of these organizations and used the 166,990 somoni for his personal purposes.

Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated against Sharofov B.S. under Article 247, Part 4, Clause "b," and Article 245, Part 2, Clauses "b, c" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case was forwarded to the court for substantive consideration.
