The preliminary investigation of the criminal case against Nazrizoda T.M. established that the aforementioned individual, from December 19, 2019, to February 9, 2024, served as the head of the apparatus of the head of Jayhun District and, during his professional activities under the following circumstances, committed the crime of fraud.

Specifically, Nazrizoda T.M., with the intent of appropriating another's property through fraud, in June 2023, by means of deception, gained the trust of entrepreneur A.R.M. From him, under the pretext of obtaining permission from the executive body of state power in Jayhun District, as well as ensuring no obstruction to the replacement of worn-out water supply pipes in the territory of Sari-puli village in the Panj Rural Community of the same district, he demanded and received 245,000 somoni. He then spent the specified amount on personal needs and appropriated it.

In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated against Nazrizoda T.M. under Part 4, Paragraph "b" of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Through appropriate measures, the inflicted damage was fully compensated, and the criminal case, following the approval of the indictment, was forwarded to the court for substantive consideration.
