As a result of operational and investigative measures, it was established that Abdunazarov Yu., while serving as a payroll accountant at Kulyab City Health Center No. 2, together with his accomplices, misused his official authority to commit crimes related to embezzlement and official forgery.

Specifically, Abdunazarov Yu., being a materially responsible person, from June to November 2024, in collusion with the HR department inspector of the aforementioned center, Kurbonova Kh.U., embezzled funds totaling 109,677.00 somoni. This was done through overpayment of salaries and accrual of wages to individuals who did not actually work. The misappropriated funds were divided among themselves, causing significant material damage to the state.

Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated against Abdunazarov Yu. under Articles 245 Part 3(a), 299 Part 1, and 323 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and against Kurbonova Kh.U. under Articles 245 Part 3(a) and 299 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal cases were sent to court for consideration.
