Based on the "Plan of Joint Activities for the Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan and the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus in the Field of Anti-Corruption for 2025–2026," and with the aim of fostering international cooperation and studying the experiences of foreign countries in combating corruption, on May 29, 2025, the Agency, in collaboration with the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, organized and conducted a training seminar via videoconference on the topic "Non-Criminal Confiscation of Corrupt Assets." The seminar was attended by employees of both institutions.

During the event, representatives of the agencies delivered presentations on the topics "National Experience of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Field of Asset Confiscation" and "Legislative Regulation of the Republic of Belarus and Law Enforcement Practice in Non-Criminal Confiscation of Corrupt Assets." They exchanged views on their respective experiences, and in the concluding part of the seminar, participants received specific answers to their questions.

It is worth noting that holding such joint events creates a favorable foundation for strengthening international cooperation in the field of anti-corruption. It is expected that the outcomes of these events will enable the parties to effectively utilize each other's advanced anti-corruption practices.
