In connection with the creative and constructive initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, with the participation of the leadership and staff of the Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in the cities and districts of the Rasht region, a tree planting campaign was held on April 3 of the current year.

The event was aimed at improving the environmental situation, cleaning and putting in order the territory around the administrative building of the Department, carrying out landscaping works, cleaning, shaping and arranging ornamental trees and saplings, as well as removing garbage, weeds and invasive plants.

The campaign was conducted with the aim of ensuring the implementation of the “State Program for Greening the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2040” and the internal departmental action plans within the framework of the “Year of Expanding Landscaping and Construction Works, Strengthening National Self-Awareness and Self-Knowledge.” During the event, various shade-tolerant saplings and evergreen fir trees were planted in compliance with agrotechnical rules and recommendations of industry specialists. This initiative laid the foundation for further greening and beautification of another corner of our country.
