On November 4, 2024, a solemn meeting was held in the meeting hall of the central apparatus of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan to mark the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event was opened by the First Deputy Director of the Agency, Rasuli Barot, who congratulated the attendees on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the fateful document of the Tajik people—the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan. It was noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted on November 6, 1994, taking into account the proposals and requests of the population, the opinions of specialists and scholars from various sectors of the national economy, primarily due to the valuable instructions and recommendations of the Founder of Peace and National Unity—Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, through a nationwide referendum held in compliance with democratic norms, which determined the path of our people to new victories.

The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, with its democratic principles, recognition of the values of the people and citizens, and adherence to the highest balance of the pillars of the state, has been recognized by international experts as one of the best constitutions in the world and serves as a source of pride for every Tajik and Tajikistani.
