In July 2025, employees of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan held a promotional event in the cities and districts of the Bokhtar region as part of the implementation of the Action Plan for the organization and conduct of the national operation "Kuknor – 2025." The event took place in the center of Bokhtar city with broad involvement of civil society.

During the event, aimed at combating drug addiction, responsible agency officials distributed promotional booklets titled "Life Without Drugs is Sweet Too" to the residents of Bokhtar city. Following this, discussions were held with citizens about the negative consequences of drug addiction.

It was emphasized that drug addiction and the distribution of narcotic substances are among the global challenges in modern society. The Republic of Tajikistan, recognizing this threat of the century in a timely manner, is taking all necessary measures to combat this negative phenomenon.

At the same time, residents were encouraged to make every effort to counter this undesirable phenomenon and, for the prosperity of our beloved Homeland and the health of future generations, to cooperate with the country’s law enforcement agencies in addressing these issues.
