From July 7 to 9, 2025, a plenary session of the Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development was held in Paris, French Republic, aimed at strengthening international ties and exchanging best practices in combating corruption. The official delegation of the Agency, led by its Director, Lieutenant General of Justice Sultonzoda S.S., participated in the session.

The event was organized by the aforementioned Network, within the framework of which the 24th monitoring meeting of the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan and the 30th meeting of the Steering Group took place. During the monitoring session, follow-up reports of the fifth monitoring round for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Ukraine, prepared under the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan, were discussed.

As part of the event, the Steering Group reviewed the implementation of the Network’s work program for 2023–2026 and initiated discussions on strategic directions for 2027–2030. The group also held a regional dialogue session on integrity in business, based on the findings of the “Report on Regional Anti-Corruption Trends in Anti-Corruption Policy and Business Integrity,” developed using key regional indicators.

Overall, the event was conducted in an atmosphere of mutual understanding, with participants expressing confidence that the acquired experience would provide a favorable foundation for expanding cooperation to collectively combat corruption and ensure integrity in business at regional and global levels.
